Fireland

Today For A Living / 8 June 2005

Today, for a living, I wrote a four-paragraph blurb which used the same key phrase eight times. Then I wrote a different four-paragraph blurb with a different key phrase. Then I wrote two variations of each of the eight paragraphs, so they could be combined into 60+ unique-ish variants, each featuring a different key phrase. Thanks to search engines we have stepped outside the realm of writing and into some kind of Steve Reich tape-loop spinning out of phase, except it sounds like a stabbing migraine instead of something neato.
